Chalezinho has been a Belo Horizonte staple since 1979, later opening a location in São Paulo. The restaurant sees over 100,000 people a year serving them with a unique fusion of traditional fondue dining coupled with Brazilian cuts and cheeses.
When the owners decided to bring the concept to the U.S. they sought ideatomica as a partner to help them align their brand with the new market. We delivered a complete brand guidelines document documenting our approach to the brand story, vocabulary, photography, video and advertising. With our guidance and expertise they opened their doors September 2015.
